A little info on each of the team.Mark Gwilliams
Mark
![]() |
Mark was the newest and is still the oldest member of the team. ( He wont like that ) He started with us in July 07. He has had a passion for bikes since he was 10 years old and he used to ride his dads BSA bantam around the fields of Menston. This traumatised the sheep somewhat, for two reasons, noisy out of control bike and Gwilliams is a Welsh name! |
Mark has been legally riding since 1973 AD and has had all sorts of bikes over the years to his present 600 Fazer (changed), Honda VTR (changed) Fazer 1000 (changed) Kawasaki 1400GTR tourer (changed)! his present work bike was a ZZR massive hundred (changed) now a Pan european but be quick or he will change it again. A brief flirt with a Kawasaki Zxr600 Ninjarooni. Now back on the pan european. Now runs an old ER5. Basically Mark changes his bikes like we humans change our socks, at least monthly! Touring is one of his passions as is fishing, apparently he is an extreme fisherman and watches Hardcore fishing on some obscure sky channel (or so he tells his good lady!)
Mark was a mechanic by trade and decided to change it all and do something he loves for a living, this reflects in his relaxed teaching style. He has a great sense of humour and does not take himself too seriously. Neither do we.
Mark has 3 daughters and lives locally with his very understanding partner. He may think about attending Cardington for the CBT1 and DAS qualifications. Unfortunately he was too busy during 2009, not very well in 2010, so Mark did not have the opportunity to attend for them. Hopefully 2013 will be his year. Good luck Mark.
